Our base unit plan includes 1 bedroom and 1 bath with full kitchen, living area and utility closet.
2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom / Lanai
A two bedroom / two bath unit with lanai in multiple sizes. Units 102, 105 and 106 are available.

Available on the first floor only, an upgraded Unit plan B1 offers multiple lanai area.

An upgrade of Unit C with spacious lanai. A single unit in this configuration is available (103).
